Spiritual Healing through Journaling


A led multi-week journey to discover the healing art of journaling.

I have helped heal myself over the past 4 years through almost daily journaling. It has helped me gain insight about what’s lurking underneath my surface. Embracing the shadow can be confronting, as a journal is a written mirror to the self and what we’re working through. These techniques are different from the diary you may have kept as an adolescent, documenting the trials and tribulations of youth. This is a sacred container to feel safe with yourself and your true expression. When we are accepting ourselves, it makes it easier to emerge into the world as the powerful beings we innately are. 

This series is also coinciding with the Witch’s Sabbath — Ostara— an intentional correspondence as the world celebrates regrowth and emergence after winter. Also known as the Spring Equinox, we are asked to be hopeful for the future year ahead

This mini-series will be hosted via Zoom and include a journaling starter-pack to help you begin your journey.

Week One - March 10th

  • What are our blocks to journaling

  • How can we make it creative

  • Giving subconscious a voice

Week Two - March 17th
  • Group share about the week’s experience on stream of consciousness

  • How to translate our meaning and insight into a spiritual practice that corresponds with nature's rhythms

  • Different archetypes  to reflect upon

Week Three - March 24th
  • Link the subconscious with your intentions of growth.

  • Creating a path with self love and honesty.

  • We can only venture as far as we allow our mind to dream and wander.
