My Mission

Spiritual Sophia is somatic based healing achieved through the exploration of the four brains - the womb, the heart, the mind and the soul - that guide our life consciously and unconsciously. Movement is woven into reverence of the Goddess, archetypes, and nature’s cyclical rhythms alongside reclaiming our her-story as womankind by remembering and ritual.

We are capable of healing and thriving with everything already within us. We must simply remember.
